  • Subscription Fees: Monthly or annual subscriptions to premium features (e.g., advanced analytics or priority matching) are refundable within 14 days of purchase if no services have been utilized. Refunds are not available after this period, but you may cancel future billing at any time via your account settings.

  • Unused Credits: If you purchase credits for hiring influencers and they remain unused, a refund for the balance is available after 30 days of inactivity, subject to a minimum threshold of $50 and a 10% deduction for handling fees.

  • Disputed Collaborations: In cases of non-delivery (e.g., influencer fails to post agreed content) or proven misconduct, we will investigate within 7 days of the dispute filing. Refunds, full or partial, will be issued based on evidence provided, at our discretion.
